Walk for Water 5K

A team of Carrousel employees participated in the Walk for Water 5K for the Water Mission charity to help raise money and bring awareness to the need for safe water for those in countries in need. The walk was organized by one of the companies we work with. We carried empty buckets for 1.5 miles to the water source and filled our buckets and then carried them 1.5 miles back to symbolize how far people in other countries have to walk to get to a water source.

Water Mission has transformed communities in 52 countries around the world. Their safe water solutions are customized, innovative, and, most importantly, sustainable. Even though Water Mission has provided safe water to more than 3 million people, another 1.8 billion people still lack access to safe water.

We walked together because we dream of a world in which every man, woman, and child knows the taste of safe water.
