President & Owner
Neal has over 25 years of industry experience and oversees all aspects of our group and incentive travel business. Among our many long-time clients, Neal is known as the ultimate travel guru. If Neal is going, they will eagerly follow. He has orchestrated some of the most incredible once-in-a-lifetime experiences — from a reception at the House of Lords in London, to a private palace dinner with the Maharaja of Udaipur, India, to hot-air ballooning over the temples of Bagan in Myanmar. Neal has been very involved in various industry advisory boards over the years, and also manages several Carrousel CRS projects around the world.

Director of Marketing & Business Development
Doug has over 30 years of experience in the industry, with specialties in incentive programs, special interest groups and high-end events. He has worldwide connections and has had the privilege of traveling with many prominent individuals, producing large corporate events, and also providing personalized hands-on service. While managing the company marketing initiatives and expanding Carrousel's client base, he enjoys contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Doug is heavily involved in the meeting and incentive industry and also serves on the board of SITE Minnesota.

Air Specialist
Terry has been with Carrousel Travel for 19 years, and in the travel industry for 31 years. Since joining Carrousel, Terry's main focus and expertise is airline ticketing and contract negotiations for our clients. With years of experience, Terry knows the tricks of the trade and how to find the best pricing and flights to suit our client's wants. Some of Terry's clientele include large musical groups, educational study abroad programs, and corporate meetings/incentives, both domestic and international. "The airline industry is constantly changing and is challenging; I like being challenged," says Terry.

SARAH COADY
Group Program Manager
Sarah has had a love for the travel industry since 1987 and recently joined Carrousel Travel as a Group Program Manager. Sarah works closely with numerous airlines in generating and managing group requests and determining the most cost effective ways to complete a customer's quote. Her attention to details and deadlines is what keeps her on her toes in her position. Sarah ensures that our group programs are ticketed and delivered in a timely fashion, foreseeing potential conflicts with group arrivals and departures and making adjustments or revisions when necessary. Sarah also acts as a liaison to resolve any emerging problems that our customers might endure while en-route, while also providing group operations management for several programs.
